11.- RESPONSIBILITY
The Supplier is the sole and exclusive party responsible for any damages that may be caused to Jf Multiservice and/or third parties on the occasion or as a consequence of the execution of the Services provided in accordance with the Order Form and these Terms and Conditions.  Likewise, the Supplier will keep Jf Multiservice harmless and free from all liability for any claim that may arise on the occasion of or as a consequence of the Order Form, these Terms and Conditions, or in relation to the execution thereof by the Supplier.

12.- Sub-Contracted and Damages or Losses
The Supplier is responsible to Jf Multiservices for any debt, credit or financial disbursement that it has to make as a consequence of the occurrence of any of the following circumstances and/or contingencies:
- Resolution arising from any judicial or extrajudicial claim for salaries, compensation, theft or any other socio-labor aspect made to Jf Multiservices, individually, jointly or jointly, by personnel who belong or have belonged to the Supplier, or to any other company that succeeds it or personnel subcontracted by the Supplier, derived from non-compliance by these, In the event of any situation that occurs with the property, the Client, your person or third party must be informed immediately, for the purpose of solutions or possible mediations.
You must take care of the integrity of the properties and articles found within it.

13.- The Supplier assumes all joint and several liability for the execution of the Services against Jf multiservices in the event of any breach of said services incurred by the under his own responsibility or subcontractor hired by the Supplier in accordance with the services contracted in the Order Form and the content of these Terms and Conditions.

14.-Supplier expressly authorizes Jf multiservices to allocate the amounts owed to it, regardless of the origin of the debts, to the payment of possible compensation, fines or sanctions to which Jf multiservices is condemned for non-compliance by the Supplier, its workers or subcontractors. It will be enough for Jf multiservices to be aware of the initiation of proceedings against it aimed at demanding such compensation to proceed with the withholding of each and every one of the pending payments, at the expense of the result of the claim and the delivery of the Guarantee, if applicable.

15.-The Supplier declares that it has contracted a civil liability insurance policy that covers the risks inherent to its activity and the execution of the Services.
The Supplier assumes all joint and several liability for the execution of the Services against Jf Multiservice in the event of any breach of said services.

16.-This Policy applies to Jf Multiservices LLC and any subsidiaries listed below, and governs all data collection and use by us.
